Zep High Traffic Floor Polish is a ready-to-use formula that leaves an attractive, glossy, and durable polish on various interior floor types such as rubber, asphalt, tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT), sealed concrete, and terrazzo. This professional-grade product resists heel marks and prevents slips in high-traffic areas, providing a scuff and slip-resistant finish.

The product is suitable for use in environments such as nursing homes, schools, government buildings, and offices, particularly in areas where floors are not frequently buffed. It is not recommended for use on wood, marble, granite, natural stone, painted or stained concrete, glazed ceramic tile, and new no-wax vinyl floors.

To maintain a long-lasting, clear gloss shine, users should mop daily with Zep pH Neutral Floor Cleaner Concentrate. Additionally, a low-speed buffing machine with a red pad or an ultra high-speed burnisher with a natural/beige pad can be used to rejuvenate the gloss. The ready-to-use formula is durable and requires no additional buffing.

When used as directed with the label instructions, one gallon of Zep High Traffic Floor Polish can cover up to 2000 square feet, making it an efficient and effective solution for maintaining high-traffic floors.
